At each visit we replace HVAC filters, test smoke and carbon monoxide devices, check fire extinguishers, review door and first floor window locks, inspect registers and vents, and walk the foundation, yard, drives, and walks. Annual services include water heater draining, attic insulation review, and evaporator coil cleaning. Premium Care includes all Home and Safety services plus expanded exterior and interior oversight. This includes drone roof and property inspections, gutter cleaning, semiannual siding cleaning, annual interior caulking, bath and kitchen plumbing inspections, attic and crawlspace inspections, and detailed site and grading reviews. Eight hours of skilled labor are included for repairs or homeowner task lists. Goodfellow Services also offer a la carte services such as day rate handyman support and on site replacement of failed smoke, carbon monoxide, and extinguisher devices. For major system upgrades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or water line replacement, we provide construction management options.
